Blue bricks for hope

The Nizza Cavalleria Regiment of the Italian contingent in Lebanon continues the “Blue Bricks for Hope” campaign conceived and implemented by the Italian Blue Helmets.
Through the donations of goods and materials made available by organizations, associations and private companies, they support the weakest segment of the population.

Under the command of Colonel Paolo Scimone, the Dragons of the Nizza Cavalleria, in parallel to the control operations of the territory are in fact close to the Lebanese community heavily affected by the economic and social crisis.

Thanks to the commendable work of coordination and organization of the civil and military cooperation cell (CIMIC) of the Regiment, numerous schools located in the Italian responsible sector in the south of the country received school materials also donated by the Merlo Group through its Training and Research Center.

A simple gesture of attention to the younger segment of the population, representing an essential element – a small blue brick – to build hope for a better future and consolidate closeness between peoples.
