How to scare away talent

The leadership of a manager is the key to retaining employees in the company because an incompetent boss is the biggest obstacle to the development of their careers.

There are many barriers along the path of professional growth in a company, but they don’t always have to do with skills and aptitudes.
Very often, despite years of experience and acquired skills, it’s difficult to move up the company ladder: executives and managers who are very well prepared professionally but inadequate in coordinating their team and who fear the rise of young people who are more qualified and enterprising than them.
Their mistakes are not only detrimental to the company but also stifle the aspirations of gifted, determined workers who, perceiving an obstacle to their professional development, prefer to pursue other opportunities.
